Pay special attention to patients presenting themselves with recent acne regression, accompanied with the following signs or symptoms:

1. weight loss (for anorexia) or fluctuation of weight (for bulimia nervosa)
2. reduced school, social and occupational functioning
3. tendency to wear loose clothes
4. amenorrhoea in female
