1. Management of correspondences for College secretariat;

2. General office administration and miscellaneous support;

3. Procurement of office equipment and furniture & fixtures. For instance, copier, fax machine, typewriter, telephone system, desks, chairs, cabinet, decoration, time recorder, franking machine, air conditioners, extinguishers;

4. Repair and maintenance for both Wong Chuk Hang and Wanchai premises;

5. Inventory control such as stationery, souvenirs, stamps and postage;

6. Sanitary management;

7. Design of College souvenirs, letterhead and/other stationeries, etc.;

8. Council handbook.

Personnel aspect:

1. Staff recruitment;

2. Staff training and development;

3. Staff performance appraisal;

4. Staff relations, communications and morale programmes;

5. Staff benefits and compensation package;

6. Staff Payroll;

7. Staff handbook & design of personnel policies;
