Policy of Reissue of Duplicate Receipt
Dear College Members,
We would like to remind you that you can login the College website Member Corner to check and download your own debit note and official receipt.
Being environmental friendly, please kindly note that hard copy of receipt has not been issued since November 2012. Certification of payment will only be made upon request for the following segments, with an administration fee of HK$300 per segment/item subjected to be charged:

Conjoint Fellowship Examination Segments;

(b)

Exit Fellowship Examination Segments;
|
|
(c)
|
Diploma in Family Medicine Modules and Examination Segments;

(d)
|
Vocational Training Annual Subscription.
