Adverse Weather Arrangement

General Adverse Weather Arrangement for College Activities

(Please click HERE for weather arrangement of Hong Kong Primary Care Conference.)

Before the activity:

• Typhoon Cyclone Warning Signal No.1 or 3 / Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning is issued:
  - The activity will continue as scheduled.
  
• Typhoon Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is issued / remains in force within 2 hours before the appointed time of the activity:
  - The activity will be cancelled / re-arranged.
  

During the activity:

• If Rainstorm Black Warning is issued:
  - The activity will continue if circumstances allow until the activity finishes.
  
• If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Pre-No. 8 or above is issued while activity is in progress:
  - The activity will be terminated as soon as practicable.
  

惡劣天氣下之活動安排

活動開始前:

• 一號或三號熱帶氣旋警告訊號/黃色或紅色暴雨警告訊號正式生效/仍然生效：
  - 活動如常進行。
  
• 活動開始前兩小時內，八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告訊號/黑色暴雨警告訊號正式生效/仍然生效:
  - 活動將取消/延期。

活動進行時:

• 如天文台懸掛黑色暴雨警告訊號：
  - 情況許可下活動將繼續進行。
  
• 如天文台即將懸掛八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告訊號：
  - 與會者可在情況許可下離開活動現場。活動將視乎情況取消。
