Terms of Reference
1. To define the strategies on the College finance;

2. To manage the College assets;

3. To plan the budget and give recommendations to individual Boards & Committees in budget planning;

4. To submit the budget to the Council for approval at the beginning of each financial year;

5. To monitor the income & expense of the College;

6. To make recommendation on the fees chargeable to our members & other organizations;

7. To recommend the Council on mobilization of funding;
8. To supervise the preparation of annual financial report;
9. To liaise with the Honorary Auditor
