Clinical history:
A 45-year-old Indonesian domestic helper presented on 15 January this year with onset within a few days of itchy swollen fingers on both hands. She did not remember whether she had sustained any injury while she was preparing seafood for hot pot for her employer’s family. She remained well all along without any other systemic symptom.
