Update on Basic Training Logbook Requirements (8 April 2026)
To all Basic Trainees,
From January 2026 onwards,
Starting from January 2026, Basic trainees undergoing community-based that is currently in progress and lasts for more than 4 months (i.e. until end of April or later), must have a rotation record submitted through e-Training platform, at least 14 days prior to its completion.
For any
past community-based training
before January 2026 or ended in March 2026, please upload the scanned copy of generic forms to eTraining Platform instead of sending email to BVTS@hkcfp.org.hk.
For any hospital-based training, please upload the scanned copy of generic forms to eTraining Platform instead of sending email to BVTS@hkcfp.org.hk.
