Annual Reappointment as Honorary Clinical Supervisor in Family Medicine (year 2026)
In addition to Annual registry of Vocational Training Activity reporting at the end of each year, the latest guideline evince by RACGP training accreditation in 2023 requests that any critical incidents related to clinical supervisor credentialing must be reported to BVTS using the critical incident reporting form. This initiative ensures clinical supervisor credentialing, maintains appropriate standards, and enables timely bi-directional communication between FM clinical supervisors and BVTS, especially in relation to requirement of appropriate standard for the appointment.
